    Sheryl Smith is the person you need to sell your house. What impressed me most is her professional work style mixed with compassionate understanding of our personal situation. Sheryl is an excellent communicator. She responds quickly to emails and calls. She has a drive to sell that made it seem effortless to us. Once we had a plan in place of the timing of when we wanted to sell she stepped us through the process with ease. We highly recommend Sheryl Smith Real Estate. It will be a privilege to ask her in the near future to sell another house for us when we retire.

    As a business owner I have quite a few insurance policies. These guys were able to go through all of my previous business and personal policies and beat every one and with better coverage! They have been very easy to work with and offer an exceptional level of customer service. We had a bad leak in our house this last winter and their team walked us through the entire claims process and followed up to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!

    My wife and I bought a house with Gabris Realty and David is absolutely incredible! I seriously can't speak highly enough of his service as a realtor. When we bought our house, we delt with an extremely difficult/awful seller's agent and David was worth his weight in gold in the negotiation. At one point, he literally saved us $6k as he advised we lower our counter offer to not over-pay as he saw right through the seller's bluff. I'm so glad we took his advice! The house we purchased was a lower-price home, but David gave us the same help and attention as if he were getting commission on a million dollar home. He had our back the enitire way which was huge for this deal due to the seller's agent. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone; he truly knows his stuff and will fight for you the entire way. He was on the ball and super timely with all questions and issues, again this was priceless in this tricky transaction. He is very honest and straightforward. When I first met with him, he actually suggested I wait to buy a house for the market to cool down. Talk about honesty! He was willing to risk losing a client as he thought it was in the best interest of my family. We also worked with Steve when we viewed houses and he was great! Gabris realty is a top-notch brokerage firm and helped us find the right house for our family, even in the midst of an intensely competitive home market.Hey
